What amenities are included with my lease?
180 Fearing Street offers several options of apartments from spacious studios to four-bedroom units. All units have beautiful contemporary kitchens with dishwashers, in-house washer/ dryer units, one or two full baths, ample closet space, and plenty of natural light with professionally installed window coverings. Each unit has assigned parking spaces and mail delivery boxes. These units were built with soundproofing and comfort!
Included in your rent?
• Trash, recycling, and snow removal

What am I responsible for in addition to my monthly lease?
• Electricity
• Hot Water
• Internet and Cable
Are the apartments furnished?
Our apartments are not furnished but we do work with amazing partners who can furnish your apartment. Furniture is rented and we are happy to have this set up for you ahead of your arrival. Please see our Cort Furniture for options.
What are the lease terms?
Our leases at 180 Fearing Street are for twelve (12) months. Rent is due the first of the month and a one (1) month security deposit is required either six (6) months before the lease start date or with the lease signing, whichever is sooner.
How many parking spaces will I have?
This will depend on the apartment you have rented and how many bedrooms your apartment has.
Are Pets allowed at 180 Fearing?
Unless you have a registered service pet we do not allow pets at this location.
Can I choose which apartment I will reside in?
While you cannot choose which apartment you reside in we ensure you that our team works very hard to meet your needs based on what we have available at 180 Fearing Street.

Will I need a guarantor?
This will depend on whether your income is sufficient to qualify. If it is not a guarantor can help you to financially qualify for this lease.
How many people can live in my apartment?
Under the Town of Amherst bylaw no more than four (4) unrelated tenants can reside in any single dwelling unit.
